Julia Rodwell (she/her)
Julia is a PhD candidate at the Australian National University. Julia's research sits within the ARC Linkage Project 'Transforming the Early Modern Archive: The Emmerson Collection at State Library Victoria.' As part of this project, Julia investigated the relevance of data modelling to curatorial practice and developed a methodology for digital exhibition-making that uses Linked Open Data to break down data ‘silos’, connect collection data, and enrich data sets with contextual information. Julia applied this methodology to the development of the exhibition, Beyond the Book: A digital journey through the treasures of the Emmerson Collection.
